Registration Guidelines:
1. Author Registration Requirement:
§ Each accepted paper must be linked to an author with a full author registration fee paid to be included in the technical program and published in IEEEXplore. One full author registration can cover only one paper.
§ Any non-author registration (e.g., Student or Life Member rate) is not eligible for registering a paper.
2. Registration Coverage:
§ Full registration includes access to meals, the banquet, reception, all technical sessions, and conference proceedings.
§ Partner tickets are available at $120 per person for the banquet and $70 per person for the reception (up to 4 guests).
3. Additional Papers:
§ If an author wants to register more than one paper, for each additional paper (up to 3 papers), an extra fee of $375 applies.
4. Region Tours:
§ Region tours are separate from registration. Different tours are available, and pricing details can be reviewed at the bottom of the registration page after completing your registration.
