Registration Guidelines:

Author Registration Requirement:

§  Each accepted paper must be linked to an author with a full author registration fee paid to be included in the technical program and published in IEEEXplore. One full author registration can cover only one paper.

§  Additional authors must register according to their IEEE Membership Grade (IEEE Member, Student Member, Life Member, etc).

§  Any non-author registration (e.g., Student or Life Member rate) is not eligible for registering a paper.

Registration Coverage:

§  Full registration includes access to meals, the banquet, reception, all technical sessions, the Industry Summit, and conference proceedings.

§  Partner tickets are available at $100 per person for the banquet (maximum of 4).

Additional Papers:

§  If an author wants to register more than one paper, for each additional paper (up to 2 papers), an extra fee of $375 applies.

 Refund Policy

§  Refunds requested before March 28, 2025, will be subject to a cancellation fee.

§  No refunds will be processed after the early bird deadline.
