Registration Fees and Policies

1. Per IEEE Policy, for each accepted paper to be published in the IEEE IoTSMS 2025 Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, at least one author (including students) is required to register for the conference FULL AUTHOR REGISTRATION RATE. Moreover, the paper must be presented by an author named on the paper.
2. Conference registration covers the following: proceedings, Coffee Breaks, Lunches, Reception, Gala Dinner, all co-located conferences and workshops, and attending all Keynotes.
3. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final camera-ready version of the paper.
4. The final version of accepted papers (ready for publication, camera-ready) must be formatted as the standard 2-column IEEE template.
5. Authors should follow the allowed paper's length. Authors can pay for the over-length page charge.
